I'll give you my basic process, which I can only vouch for working for me, personally. Everyone's body is different. The day before I make sure to eat 3 clean meals (clean = non-processed foods and no fast food). I make sure at least my dinner includes a serving of starch, normally I eat sushi or grilled chicken and rice, something simple with protein and starch. Normally, I eat my starches at breakfast and lunch, but the day before anal I do lunch and dinner. I make sure I eat dinner no later than 7pm and then I don't eat anything else until the morning. Normally in the morning I'll have something light with protein in it, eggs & toast or just a granola bar. I cannot completely fast because I get HANGRY! haha Also, I drink coffee because I hate mornings and can't function without it. I begin flushing with water 4-5 hours before I'm going to have sex (this is simple if I know how my day is going to flow, which I don't normally). I've flushed with water an hour before my scene and been fine before, but I don't like to take the risk and I feel far more relaxed if I'm prepped beforehand. Also, if I need to also stretch my butt for something larger than "normal" (porn normal cock size), then I will also need 30-60 mins after I'm cleaned out to use my hitachi and slowly stretch my butt. I use a glass toy that's "normal" size when I clean out to help shake out the water I flush with but other than that I don't stretch. Normally, there is enough warm up in a scene for me to naturally get warmed up for butt sex, but sometimes you go straight to sex stills or there's lots of start and stop, in those situations I'll use my hitachi first. As for 99.9% lesbian, don't be alarmed haha I cannot live without cock! I've never dated a woman and I don't think I ever would, I love sex with women, but I need a testosterone fulled strong man to allow me to feel vulnerable and protected. That photo cracks me up! In 2011 I visited Seattle for the first time and part of the trip included going to a Mariners game.
