Hmm...I would suggest checking out the Digital Sin series Down The Throat, there's only two of 'em thus far. I don't know about every one of the scenes, but I do remember seeing Roxanne Rae's throat get "bulged" in her scene from the second one. Another place where I think I've seen this "throat bulging" would be the ol' Elegant Angel series, Massive Facials.
