They accept American credit cards, but there are some limits. Not all studios are available yet and you can only join one specific studio. If you want to watch another studio's titles, you have to pay another fee. But it's new and they are working it out. Will be interesting to see how they do this, and whether they copy the US business model or come up with their own. Before you have a heart attack at the prices, Yen have a very high multiple to dollars. Basically, just knock two decimal places off the end. So 1,500 Yen is $15, more or less.
