I just recieved this mail from customer support www.buyeuroporn.com as far as I know It Is authentic.

The english Isn't the greatest but you get the general Idea Of this email. I ordered from this shop and had 16 emails from the very helpful and genuine Dimitri, basically the Order never arrived but I did recieve a full refund which I have Just confirmed On my Bank statement.

The Intentions Of europorn seem very honourable to me and I found dimitri friendly and extremely helpful, I guess the sites credit card and customer details have been infiltrated which Is not good as they have my details On file. Please warn any Potential customers not to buy from this store until they have made access 100% secure.

I will try to find out more and Post here when I do.

Situation following:

I have dismissed the employee who has incorrectly ship order of White Star (this order till now is not found, it has been sent on October, 27) and made a delay of shipping of other orders.
This employee had access to base of clients as answered directly for shipping.
He has made the current spaming, in attempt to sling mud at shop.


Concerning order of White Star, I have made refund on Thursday on previous week. Time of returning of money for account 3-4 bank days. You already must got money back.

Also about security.
We don't store credit card numbers information in our shop database and not seen it. Processing of credit cards make our billing company "chronopay.com", it's other company. From this company we receive only confirmation of payment for order.

These are 100 % secure.

To set the record straight I have recieved my refund for the full amount, It showed up On my Bank statement today.

With regards to security I have cancelled my credit card and am waiting for a new one to be Issued.

As the employee has now been dismissed I will take another chance with this company as I have found Bep very helpful.

Whitestar, while I appreciate your intentions are good in wanting to warn other readers, and I note you've also credited Dimitry, maybe you might avoid going off half cocked in future, NPI!

I take your Point but In future If you wish to tell me Off for something that was well Intended and as I have already said assumed was genuine, Please take It to Personal email It Is not something you should do Publicly, I have taken great Offence to your tone and am considering leaving ADT As a result of your comments....

I never go Off "half cocked" about anything!!!

I'm just trying to clarify this 'situation'. It sounds like a BuyEuroPorn.com employee was fired with one of the reasons being a mishandling of Whitestar's order. After this person was temrinated they sent emails out to BuyEuroPorn's mailing list slandering the company. Whitestar received one of these emails and posted it in the forum.

However, it appears that the only swindling going on is the slander of a disgruntled ex-employee. There doesn't appear to be a security issue with buyeuroporn.com's credit card processing. Do I understand this correctly?

Hi Drew, yes thats correct, I was only trying to Inform everyone On International shipping because If you look back thru the threads someone asked me If this shop was Ok.

At that time I had said that On speaking to Bep, known as Dimitri I thought everything was fine, the Subesquent delivery problem I have already acknowledged was nothing to do with dmitri and Indeed as a result Of this Lack Of professionalism dimitri sacked the employee who handled my Order, this Person had access to account details but the actual credit card Info was dealt with Off site by another company.

The Long and short Of It Is I fell for a flame email which was generated by the disgruntled employee, but I wasn't going to take any chances Just In case the email was genuine, which Of course subsequently turned out to be untrue.

If I acted hastily I apologise unreservedly to both europorn and your good self.

I would like to say however being chewed out publicly by gabriel Nine was In my Opinion unfair and a bit Inflammatory, Made me feel like I was back at school In front Of headmaster, I think Its a case Of "Moderator" the Power! The Power!!

I would welcome any comments you may have, My only other comment Is I think that the Moderator In this case should have taken this to email.

Sorry for falling for a flame email, and Drew keep up the good work I have learnt so much from here.

Whitestar, I apologise if you were offended - my comments were intended in a jocular tone and I am sorry if you missed that.

It was never my intention to embarass you - simply to make sure that if there was another side to this story, that should be heard in public rather than by private email so that other readers of the forum could make their own mind up. So I do hope you will understand that when words such as "swindler" are being mentioned, we can't just let that be a private matter.
