I think Swank probably made a boo boo and left it in. Including it would limit the sales of the product.

The first scene was going great... Pamela looked hot and she had 4 guys to handle. As usual the scene ended in with multiple facials (good) some of it going in Pamelas mouth making her gag slightly (not unusual... i can live with that). Then the last guy shoots a good load partly on her face and partly in her mouth. She gives him the usual post cumshot head when she delivers this vile heave of orange puke! The scene was cut just after this point and jumped to her playing with the cum on her body (no puke apparent) making me wonder whether it was intentional to show the vomit in the first place? The 'behind the scenes' footage shows her drinking orange juice between takes which would obviously explain the colour. It's a shame as the rest of the film has some good action and the girls are outstanding. It would have rated very highly in my collection...but it was totally ruined in that ridiculous moment.
