I have never bought VHS via the internet or mail order. I guess I am worried about what my position would be if a broken tape arrived, one with no sound, etc., (These experiences happened to my cousin back in the early 1990's when he ordered some tapes over the phone from ads placed in a magazine. And, yes, I really do have a cousin and he is not me[:p)]). Can anybody relate recent experiences, both good and bad, purchasing titles on VHS through the companies listed on IAFD? Typically, they price themselves higher than most online e-tailers. One very strong point to keep in mind is that buying from the producer directly is often one of the only ways to guarantee getting original VHS movies (not bootlegs)!
