these are some of the better known online pharmacies that don't require a script....
www.4nrx.com
www.bmpharmacy.com
www.jcmindia.com
www.pharmacyrxone.com
Most ship from India. Stick with brands made by their multinational pharmaceuticals like Ajanta, Cipla, Cadila, Sun/Centurion, etc. Also do yourself a favor and keep your credit card safe... use a prepaid card, or Visa debit card linked to an account that you keep little funds in. Haven't had any issues myself, but better to be careful.

I tried Viagra but it didn't work very well for me. In fact it didn't work at all. And I tried the real thing. Not the generic pills.
So I moved onto Cialis. I take the 10mg. But if I want a really good sex session I take the full 20mg tablet. And they can last for up to four days.
They're expensive tablets but they're worth it.

In my experience, two brands of generic Tadalafil that are pretty good are Tadora by German Remedies and Tadacip by Cipla Pharma. About $100-$130 per 100 tablets, which lasts me years. :-)

I've tried both and unfortunately I seem to be in the small % of people that suffers some of the side effects of taking them. Each time I have taken them, I get a bad headache and it just kills the mood. Is there anything I can do to avoid getting the headaches all the time?

Just a few months ago, Revatio went generic. The active ingredient in Revatio is Sildenfanil, which is also the active ingredient in Viagra. Got a prescription from my doctor. A bottle of forty 20mg pills cost me $43. I found that when I took the pills as is, they took 4-5 hours to take effect. I believe there's some sort of time release mechanism built in to the pill. The next time I tried it I took 3 pills, crushed them up and ate the powder. Started to feel the effects after about an hour. Good stuff, and inexpensive.

For the best time release effect, I think generic tadalafil is best. There's a 36 hour window for intercourse and only 'goes into action' if you are aroused.

Ok, I tried it and it was much better than Viagra or Cialis as regards to side effects. Still a little flushed in the face but no headaches at all. Plus even after I came, I was still quite hard and wanted more which I found surprising since I normally just quickly fall asleep after sex!

Canadian pharmacies are often reliable , had fine experiences with canadadrugs.com . They ship from the UK , I use either Viagra or Staxyn , which is a version of Levitra (seems to have less flushing) , their prices are very competitive , and you don't have to worry about authenticity .

An alternate approach is taking a daily 5 mg dose of Cialis. You may or may not need to take something else "on demand." I've done this and after dosing for a few weeks, have found stronger erections and quicker recovery for "round two." With a prescription and my insurance, it costs me like $65.00 US. Whenever I can I get samples from my doctor because of the cost.

^ None. With the expense of those drugs why would you want to decrease its effectiveness by drinking?
EDIT: I reread your question. I'm not sure when you say "supplement" if you mean drugs like Viagra. If you mean a supplement that's natural or somethign you can get over the counter, I'd say take something with caffeine hence the popular Red Bull & Vodka combo.
I also wanted to add that most major insurance allows you to get a free 30 day supply of 5 mg Cialis through a voucher.

Bought from Pharmacyrxworld.com
They are somewhere in Canada. Placed the order. They contact my MD. Get the Rx OK, and then ship to USA.
Viagra substitute (think generic) is called Suhagra. It is Sildenafil Citrate.
Effect is identical to US made Viagra.
96 100mg tablets, $136 with shipping.
Two weeks after the order was received they call on the phone wondering if I needed a refill.
All I could do was laugh.

Firefox,
Viagra and these other ED meds work physiologically by causing vasodilation (dilating or expanding blood vessels). The vasodilation isn't restricted to your junk, but affects your whole body including your head, skin, and heart (including other organs). Vasodilation is a common cause for headaches.
Vasodilation causes skin flushing. Regarding your heart, ED meds can cause hypotension (low blood pressure), which can lead to bad cardiovascular events (like tachycardia to compensate for hypotension or fainting from postural hypotension), which is why they say to be careful if you have heart conditions, use cardio meds (so psych meds have cardiovascular effects), or use hot-tubs (can lead to vasodilation in itself).
Unfortunately, unlike other meds, the physiological effect causes both positive and negative effects. Side effects can be dose dependent meaning the higher the dose the more side effects likely, so cutting dose could help. But there are groups of population where they'll get side effects no matter what.
Seeing a doctor would be the best thing cause they can help account for risks and they can titrate your dose, among other things.

^ If you are talking about my post, I should have worded it better as ED medication isn't indicated for depression.
I was trying to say, ED medication can cause bad cardiovascular events, so you have to be careful, especially if ED meds are paired with 1). pre-existing heart conditions, 2). taking them while you are cardio meds, or 3). psych meds cause some psych meds have cardiac side effects, so coupling certain psych meds w/cardio side effects plus taking ED medications could be risky (i.e., CV event).
Best case is to see a clinician who knows your history, medication, etc. etc., so if needed, they can prescribe them making sure to limit your risk to known serious adverse effects or reactions and go over information pertaining to them.

Hi, guys.
Can we get back on topic.
Some of us do not have insurance and can not afford to go through the usual channels.
Please just suggest online pharmacies you are currently using.

Question for those of you who have used ED meds: Does everything feel the same as when you used to get hard naturally? Does the boner feel the same, the sex, your orgasm? If it doesn't, what are the differences?
I'm kind of dreading the day when I get old and stuff stops working on command. I might feel a little bit better about if I know there isn't a major drop in the quality of the experience.

Yes, when I take the pills, my erection is much firmer. I don't have ED, but it gets stiffer than I ever recall - even stiffer than the hard-ons I had when I was a teenager. I can actually hang heavy objects off of it and it won't bend downwards. But sex still feels the same and the orgasm is no different. I take a long time to cum, that's always been the case for me, and with the pills it's no different. One thing I noticed is that after ejaculation, it stays hard. If I felt so inclined, I could probably start a second round of action within a minute of cumming the first time.
The thing that's the biggest difference for me is that taking the pills gives me total confidence. I don't always use them, but for special occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, or if we're traveling and staying in a nice place, I like to be absolutely sure that sex will be awesome and the pills certainly help.

Amadeo, I too am searching for some Cialis online that I can get without a script. I tried all those links, and while I am in no way doubting your testimonial, my virus protection kept giving me "possible scam alert" on those. Do you routinely order from these companies? Can you tell us which one is the most reliable? I would be willing to gamble 80 bucks or so (on a prepaid card) to try these out, but there is so much online stuff (again, who knows what is correct?) that say these companies are fake or the drugs are counterfeit. Also, are you in the United States ordering these or somewhere else?
I actually have a prescription for Cialis, but it seems my insurance has stopped paying for it. And that shit is EXPENSIVE!!!! My last scrip cost $253 for six 20m Cialis. That is outrageous!!
I would really like to find some cheaper.

My antivirus prog. is doesn't do anything, not sure why you're getting a flag. I don't have a favorite of those mentioned, and I don't order 'often'.... maybe once from each in the past year. Shipments are from India and it takes about 2 weeks and a bit to get from there to my house in Houston. I'm semi-retired so I go through a lot of these pills on 'tours' to the Czech Republic, Thailand, etc. :-)

Hey guys, I've just come into possession of some viagra. Thinking about giving it a shot. I've never taken any ED medication so I'm curious about some things. The pills I have are 20mg and the directions say to take two pills one hour before sexual intercourse. How long typically does it take to kick in? Faster than an hour? And will I need to make a whole day of this? I've read that the effects typically last around 4 hours. If so that might be perfect. And in regards to any potential headache I might get as a side effect, does it help to take ibuprofen with the viagra?
Any other tips for my first go round?

When I took Viagra, I usually felt the first signs between 30-45 minutes. By one hour, it's in full effect. For me, the effects can last for 12-15 hours, but that certainly doesn't mean I have an erection the entire time - it means that while under effect, it is quicker to get an erection and it takes longer to go down after sex is over. If I take Viagra and don't think about sex, my erection will go away after a few minutes. However, during the time when I'm feeling the effects, it's super easy to get an erection. Just the sensation of my underwear rubbing against my shaft is sometimes enough to wake it up, so I have to be conscious of what I wear and where I go.
I've taken prescription Viagra as well as prescription Revatio, which is the brand name of another drug that uses Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra. Viagra is ridiculously expensive, but Revatio comes out to about $3 for 60mg, which is one dose for me. I got Revatio (and Viagra before I discovered Revatio) prescribed by my physician. I don't trust the online pharmacies that sell this sort of stuff.
I don't know if taking ibuprofen with the Viagra will help. I did get a pounding headache one or twice from Viagra so it may help to take Ibuprofen and Viagra together, though you might want to research online to see if there's a problem with taking both together.
I had a lot of fun the first time I tried it and my wife liked it too.

Suppose I should give an update on this. I tried the viagra last weekend and I was not that impressed with the overall experience. Maybe my expectations were skewed by this overly gushing article about this guy's firsthand experience taking ED meds for recreation. I was thinking I'd be in for a day of perverted bliss, but it wasn't really all that different than when I jerk off normally. My dick didn't seem noticeably all that much firmer and my orgasms were par for the course. The only thing that was exceptional was my recovery time between sessions. I could always pretty quickly go another round. But yeah, nothing mind-blowing. Plus, my face became all flush and tingly, and I got a very mild headache. So I think I'll be staying away from ED meds until they actually become a necessity for me later in life. 4/10

Mister Fahrenheit, might we ask how old you are? The reason I ask is because if you are a young guy with a healthy libido then you're right, there is really no reason to take any sort of ED med. They are really designed for older men. They do not turn you into "supercock". I didn't start using them until I was in my mid-forties. I am now fifty, and while getting an erection is not really the problem, keeping one for an extensive amount of time is. ED meds are a godsend for some of us older guys as they can let us fuck like we were still in our twenties. Also for going a second-round of sex.
If you don't need them, then certainly don't take them.

^^ I'm 30 years old, and yeah, there was no medical reason for me to take them. But I've heard people talk up the recreational use of viagra and thought it would be worth a shot. I won't be doing it again anytime soon.

If you are young, as in your twenties or early thirties, a small dose is enough... like 25 mg. The whole 100 mg dose is meant for people who are aged 50 and 60 plus.

^ Interestingly, in my country, advertising prescription drugs is illegal. Reason being, they are prescription only for a serious reason: they can have major side effects.
