I've been watching porn for along time. It seems in the last few years when a guy pulls his dick out it looks like he is going to pop a vein. My guess is these guys got to be popping a lot of ED pills. How wide spread id ED pill use in porn these days. I imagine with guys shooting who knows how may scenes in a day or week, they need all the help they can get to keep it up. Who are the pornstars that are the biggest users? I see guys like Lex Steele an think that he has to be taking something to have an erection like that. Am I wrong?
My understanding is that all but a very few use ED drugs such as Viagra, Levitra and Cialis. A few even use Caverject -- a med that is injected directly into the base of the penis and is meant for people that are unable to move their limbs from the waist down. Caverject is tricky -- if you use too much, you will have an painful erection that doesn't deflate and then surgery has to be done (and once done, you can never have an erection again). The amount used between effective (for those that aren't disabled) and an overdose (causing a semi-permanent erection) is very small. Now some anecdotal information: I have heard of Viagra being effective for women who need/want to have an orgasm, but it isn't approved for that usage. Personally, Viagra also helps me breathe better when my asthma starts to flare up (along with helping my erection) and it is also prescribed in 20 mg doses for certain heart conditions (and very small doses for babies with heart conditions as well). I guess what I am trying to say is that Viagra, Levitra and Cialis are quite safe used as directed. In India ED drugs are even sold over the counter (some websites sell it worldwide that are based there). Needless to say, in my opinion as a layperson I feel that this usage of ED drugs is safe, effective and not deceptive in any manner.
I would be very disappointed if I found out that male pornstars use performance enhancing drugs. It would like totally ruin the fantasy for me. The fantasy being that their erections, their DESIRE, is real, maybe the only real thing about porn. I mean, I look at someone like Ashli Orion, or Catalina Taylor, or Tessa Taylor, and I can't even imagine needing anything else to get me hard. The two guys that also could use a bit of help getting a real stiffy are Lee Stone and Jack Napier. Both have big dicks but always seem to be a little less then fully erect.
Have read that the top guys have ED meds available just in case. They generally do not use it daily. Hard to imagine that the high volume guys like Shane Diesel can work without a prescription boost.

I believe you're being somewhat facetious here, but I'm not sure. ED pills only allow you to be able to achieve and maintain erections. But they do NOT create desire where there is none. You still need to have the desire. So regardless whether they're in use, the fantasy is maintained for you.

Personaly I dont see anything wrong with using an E/D drug as long as its not injuring the guy from overuse. I dont need it (thats what they all say I know), but I enjoy using it now and then. I become Jonny Viagra -Superhero for a few hours. I can do things I couldnt do without it. But I just dont want to become dependant. I remember the days of soft dick scenes and photos of limp dicks in porn and I dont want to go back. Some shoots are hours and hours long.
