Voyeur, no DVD comes to mind for me. I don't have much knowledge of what I think you mean by the Latin genre. Felecia and Dee are hispanic, but I am not sure if that is what you are looking for.

Not many DVDs with Alicia Rio but her pairing with Melanie Moore and Felecia in Buttslammers 2 or 3, mamacita ! Goddamit, why don't they release this one on DVD ?

There's a DVD by Video Team called "Down with Dee" which appears to be an all-Dee comp of some sort. I haven't seen it but it's one I've been looking at (ie it sits in my comparison cart..)
