First time poster, long time lurker.. I seem to be having a problem cancelling my membership to the website www.videoz.com. They also do not answer their request for tech support.. I was wondering if this is a common problem with adult site memberships? Videoz is my first membership site and it has proven to be a huge problem and is turning me away from the whole idea of an online membership.

-- So what do you suggest I do. I make an attempt to cancel membership and it does not cancel. Rather it sends me an email with my membership information as if I filled out a "lost password or username."

-- I know I can call my credit card company but there is no name on the billing info in my monthly statement, just a number. I would hate to go through the embarassment of trying to explain the details to some operator if you get my meaning.

-- I know scams like this used to be a problem but I thought the industry had moved pass that. I also thought that VIDEOZ is a pretty reputable site but I guess I was wrong. Please help.
