There is no doubt when older you get you loose little bit, but I notice with vitamin C, multi vitamin, zinc, that you can shoot harder but sometimes its 1 big shot. cause no doubt you enjoy when it feels when you squirt out hard, then when it just dribbles out lol. anyone else ever use anything that really gets nice sperm boost, omega 6 and vitamin E heard works also.

There are whole bunch of recipes to keep you going. There are people in their 60's who can give a woman bone of their life without Viagra. Firstly, nutritious breakfast is very important. Iron pumping at the gym should be done religiously. Cut down fat as it results in production of estrogen aka "testosterone killer". Vitamin A & C and Zinc are good for potency so are fresh fruits, sea food, and vegetables. Grind all kind of your fav nuts into a coarse power, take two spoon of this twice a day with honey. Avoid cow milk as it raises estrogen. Buffalo milk or camel milk if you live in middle east is more appropriate. Reduce usage of white bread, refined flour and sugar at all. Honey should substitute sugar. Drink plenty of water and keep essential salts in balance.

I bet that Peter North uses Viagra/Levitra/Cialis like most men in porn do. I have heard (call it a RUMOR) that Ron Jeremy even uses Viagra if he does more than one scene in a day.

Performance enhancers are used by plenty of performers. But Viagra, Cialis and Levitra do not make somebody produce bigger loads. Or make you fire more shots. And I think while diet and supplements can help, in the case of mr. North, well, that motherfucker is just gifted. Some different foods and supplements must make some difference. Go back and watch a few popshots from the 80s, and then compare to a few more recent scenes. The average has increased a lot. But I think getting scene work is pretty damned competitive for dudes, so when they find something that works, mum's the word as a general rule.
