I agree with Juha. Both have interesting directors, but DP wins by the sheer quality of its DVD authoring. I can't wait for the deluge of sarcastic answers .
Me too. Digital Playground just seems to put much more effort in their products and although you're paying a few more dollars, it's so totally worth it. Besides, any company who has Teagan Presley representing them must have great taste. :)
Wicked's been around longer but Digital Playground seems to be growing faster and stronger. But with Wicked, you're stuck with features ONLY and Digital Playground, you just have more possibilities. For a contract girl, DP is the way to go just because you can be in features, gonzos and the sky's the limit on marketing. Sin City tried to do the gonzo/feature route but their feature movies lack quality. Zero Tolerance is stuck in one genre. Evil Empire can do pretty amazing gonzos but there just seems to be limits. Am I missing any other big company that's still around? So for now, Digital Playground is the best company in terms of quality, marketing and exposure. Wouldn't it be something if by some miracle Keri Sable ends up there? I think DP can do crazy things with her.
Digital Playground is far superior. Their quality is way out of Vivid's league. And speaking of Vivid, how can a company with so much money continue to relase crappy looking product? They have hot girls (even though their action is a bit tamer than I like) but their level of quality just isn't there.
I don't know too much about Feature Companies. Some DP stuff looks great plus they have Jesse Jane. Jesse Jane: Erotique for example is beautiful stuff.
On the other hand they bring out slow-mo DVDs like Devon: Erotique which I really dislike. The same with Posh Kitten. And I kind of hate them for this. Because the cast in Posh Kitten is a dream for me usually I'd buy it blindly. But I won't buy a slow-mo DVD, sorry.
But you would think though if there were so many dissatisfied customers, DP would stop shooting the "slow-mo" DVD. So obviously, there must be a lot of buyers who enjoy it.
