sauce Honestly, I find this the worst kind of exploitation. She faces eviction with all those kids and they seem poised to take advantage of her. Plus, what scene takes an hour to shoot?

But think about all the free advertising Vivid would get over this. Elegant Angel comes out with a new video, nobody in the mainstream everyday media is going to be talking about it. If they do a video with Octomom they will be getting daily talk from TMZ, E News Daily, Access Hollywood, Showbiz Tonight and so on. Not to mention that it will make ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox & CNN. They will talk about it from start to finish and afterward. So a very curious public will buy millions of copies.
In other news, a twittering tweety bird was spotted doing the one wing lambada on the freeway at 3:15 PM. Kathy Bates was......unavailable for comment.

I would say that she has been or has attempted to be exploited by about every mainstream commercial entertainment entity out there. I also agree that all she needs to do is decline. You can't be exploited by refusing to play along.
She could say no. I don't know about the easy, she has mouths to feed. It Is also okay to pay homeless people to beat the shit out of each other. Doesn't make it the right thing to do.
So lame ... porn really has become a trainwreck. I guess when nothing's left of the industry, Hirsch will still be there, smoking a cigar atop its ruins ... but no one deserves respect for this kind of thing. There are fantastic performers who really love the work who are falling off the radar, and Vivid wants to promote this garbage. Sad.
Rumor has it she was offered a million, some months ago, and turned it down. I'm surprised she's still considered famous enough to warrant the $500K offer.
http://www.aolcdn.com/tmz_documents/0323_octo_vivid_wm.swf. I'm not computer savvy enough to copy and paste or even post a proper link but the gist of it is for the Vivid contract girls, who are "very nurturing" to act as nannies to her 14 kids on a reality show. They'll pay her $1 million, health insurance for a year and a custom bus. In return she has to feature in a Vivid move but she "wouldn't need to be totally nude" What is Hirsch thinking?
