Peter North is being paid to sell pills. It is absolutely guaranteed that they will cost you money. It is suspect in the extreme that they will actually produce any measurable change in your performance.

I saw Peter North's ad for the pills in a video. He looked nervous as hell for once on camera, looking all shifty eyed... didnt really give me a boost of confidence in the product. His movies are great tho.

To be correct, what you want to increase is semen or ejaculate volume, not the actual number of sperm?
Hydration, time between ejaculations, and genetics.
