Basically, the pills really do an excellent job in increasing the vendor's bank account but are decidedly less effective concerning semen and ejaculation.

If they really did work, everyone would be taking them. Oh, they'd probably require a prescription, they'd be expensive, and the vendors would endorse NASCAR racing teams.
