Worst company for adult dvd rentals to do business with. Almost non existent customer service , They might now and then reply to some emails but you can't count on it , seems they cherry pick which emails to reply to. Email them about a broken or defective rental to get replaced and it gets ignored.
The wanted list rewards program is fake. I saved up months worth of points ( 28k or 35k worth of points ) for the 3 dvds at a time certificate , they claimed it was mailed on Jan 13th. come Jan 29th and after several contact forms emails about the missing rewards certificate I canceled my account while emailing customer service that if the missing certificate issue is solved I would renew my account ( as they are good for older harder to find dvds but so Is excal and they actually have good customer service )
copy of emails to and from them about the non existant rewards cert: ( some of the emails )

Ok so whats the deal here ? You never replied back , The cert I ordered with my rewards points was the 3 dvds a month, the date the wantedlist website said my dvds were mailed to me was Jan 13th .... Its now Feb 2nd no cert. I canceled my membership until this is resolved and will keep adultdvdtalk updated on the customer service response and copys of all my sent emails. You guys deleted my acc after I complained about not getting my certificate by the way.
this email was after two emails that I never got a reply to by the way ... until I mentioned canceling my account and posting about the horrid service here.....
There reply:
We did not “delete” your account. Account cancellation is immediately effective and prevents customer access for a period of time after cancellation. This helps prevent some types of fraud and also protects customers who cancel and then reactivate immediately. These customers must reactivate through us, and we can then wave reaction fees.
Canceled memberships cannot receive any rewards. No replacement rewards will be sent to a canceled account. If you would like to reactivate services, I can talk to billing about sending out another certificate or sending a gift cert code directly to your email.
Sincerely,
Matt

Now if you got hosed and LIED to about a reward certificate that they lie and claim was mailed Jan 13th and it comes to Feb 2nd and you never got the cert why on earth would you keep doing business with them when every email you sent to them about the issue was ignored while you were still a customer ? Then they email you saying they wont send you what they should have sent you while you still had the account in good standing ?? Funny how the post service never lost an incoming dvd from them.... only the certificate they claimed to have mailed to me Jan 13th ... from an obviously FAKE reward system ( you get points for every month you remain a member and your supposed to be able to spend them on things like the cert I ordered ).
CBT media is wanted list amoung other sites.
A search on this forum for wanted List and on google for " complaints " and " Scams " pretty much sums this company up.
