And yeah. Web porn sometimes seems to be a little better than what is available on DVD but most of it is still pretty generic and dull.
There's a saying (I think) that 90% of everything is crap. Remember that and maybe you won't be too disappointed with the fact that you will only find the occasional gem in your porn hunting. Real talent is as rare in pornland as it is anywhere else.
As far as web site reviews, I've had limited success with them. The biggest problem is that you can never count on the reviewer having exactly the same taste as you do. What blows his or her mind might seem really stupid to you. I swear I've read glowing reviews of various porn movies, sites and so forth and wondered what the hell they were thinking when I saw it for myself.
On the other hand, I've read reviews that totally trashed this or that and I found it to be outstanding stuff.
That said, Rabbit Reviews seems to be fairly well regarded among those who depend on reviews. I've found their reviews to be fair (even if I don't always agree).
