Not sure if this has been discussed elsewhere (I searched), but I've noticed quite a few websites increasingly not offering trailers thesedays. And, not only this, they also increasingly redirect to signup pages, instead of allowing you to even view what's on offer in "latest scenes" etc. Evil Angel do this. Seriously annoying. And, it's not going to make me more likely to signup, if I can't see what's available.

I know quite a few sites have a PH channel or X account, where their trailers are. But, I can't really understand why they stopped doing this. Was it to workaround countries introducing ID laws, to prevent minors viewing the content?

I have also noticed this, for example dirtyauditions.com does it, klicking on the trailer redirect to the signup page.

This is a real issue and it's becoming more common now. You'd think that subscription-based sites almost wanted those of us who support them to move to pirated sites. I'd usually do as deep a dive as possible on tour pages before joining a site. How many scenes are there that I'm interested in? Do some of my favourite stars have scenes there? Why, why, why is it so hard to make that information available?

I can sort of see why trailers aren't widely available as some people might use them for a quick wank and move on, and they eat up bandwidth, but not being able to see what the site has to offer is a real issue for me.

Videofan - I rejoined Dirty Auditions a couple of weeks ago and joined True Anal over Christmas. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that both now impose a five-scene-per-day download limit. I presume that the other Mike sites will do this as well. I can live with download limits if they are reasonable, but I can't be convinced that five scenes per day is reasonable.

As I said, it's like they want to punish those of us who actually pay for porn.

^Thanks for the info about the "Mike sites". It's also odd that the same trailers that can't be seen on the actual site often is posted on the official Mike/Dirtyauditions X/Twitter accounts...

And I agree with you, the sites no longer offering trailers are almost actively pushing people to seek information elsewhere...

I've found that if a site directs you to a signup page when you click what looks like a trailer, they still probably have trailers, you just can't access them from the main tour page. Just google the website name and the pornstar or scene name you want to see, and it should take you to a different tour site that looks and feels more like what people in this thread are looking for.

I noticed it too but figured it was only applying to America as with Europe you can still view some trailers and for some sites you have to go on the bottom and click on videos or scenes then you can see the trailers.

Nurumassage.com is one of my favourite sites. I recently noticed that the actual site design has been changed to a SFW landing page. The upcoming section is probably in the member's area now, which doesn't make any sense. Surely if you weren't a member, the upcoming section would be useful, as fans would see a scene with a performer that they like and it'll encourage people to sign up to watch the scene.

I've noticed this too, and it's been better for my wallet. I tend to be an impulse buyer when it comes to studio subscriptions. One or two "need to have" scenes and I'm signed up for at least a month. But now that I can't even browse the recently released or upcoming scenes on some of these sites, I've stopped even visiting them.

^I've just used a VPN to go on a Asian server and the upcoming section is visible on most websites. If your IP address is in another region, you'll geta SFW landing page.
