Usually they used to come along with their boyfriends but yesterday there was a lone very good-looking girl in my local store. She had plain ordinary clothes and looked like my neighbour. She bought something – a dildo or a pair of handcuffs who knows I didn’t look that closely – and then she let the porn-seller recommend her a vid. A few weeks ago a girl – this time accompanied by a male friend – in the same pornshop loudly exclaimed: ”I love this ass vid! It just makes me so hot! Shall we buy it?” ”You already have so many ass vids”, replied her economically-minded boyfriend. Even though I’m a lover of rough porn which would perhaps upset some of my female friends especially those that are leftist dykes (but they’re even wondering what I did in the army so never mind) I heartily welcome all women to the pornshops. If you want more porn made for women you have to go there and show your willingness to buy it. [Link]

Women also seem to be moe willing to ask questions about things before buying, most men just grab the first thing that appeals to them. Karl [Link]

The atmosphere is great. (Remember, I said a GOOD pornshop)! I'm very lucky to live in LA. Click to expand Hello female porn fan, that's about what I meant. There's of course no big deal at all of going into a pornshop, but obviously many women thought so let's say 10 years ago. At least I never saw any women in my local pornshops. I'm glad they're coming nowadays and I don't get the least embarassed by choosing from the shelves with a woman beside me. I have a friend (male) who a few years ago took pleasure in civilly asking embarrassed customers in the pornshop if they could recommend him a vid with plenty of good ass-fucking. It's under the same ownership as the strip club next door, so not only do you see "regular" women coming in to buy, but it's normal to see dancers in the store shopping for clothes or shoes as well.
