I would second the notion of giving the make-up artist a raise. I too think that your girls just look so much better in a lot of RLD stuff than they do elsewhere. For example, Brooke on the cover of "1 Dick and 2 Chicks" looks gorgeous. However, check out some of her early stuff with Homegrown Video or a tape she did for Outlaw and you can hardly believe it is the same girl. Then again, that also has a lot to do with photography. Damnit. Now I am getting off topic. Incidentally, the make-up artist is wicked hot from what I can tell. I remember watching Arianna Jolle's interview in the make-up chair in the b.t.s section of "Multiple POV" and just being wildly distracted by the make-up girl. You never see her face fully, but her chest is in full view and she just seems to be blessed with a ridiculous voluptuous bust. In fact, Vince notices it too and finished the interview by zooming in on them briefly and just muttering, "Wow! Goddamn!" or something like that. Of course, I am susceptible to the breasts. I imagine that you must have more than just one make-up artist. This particular one was very hot. However, the work that she or they do is top-notch.
A while back there was some talk of Vanessa Valuenzela as being the first RedLight contract girl. That seems to have fallen through. Dion, I would nominate Nautica Thorn as a good candidate.
