Clearly the file is not full (268kb/s for a 1080p file?) The description on the link for the video is referring to scene 3 Multiple people have expressed concern by disliking the video Lets raise hell and get this problem corrected... clearly the technical support that is provided is not the answer... One member here signed up to a paysite and didn't untick an option to sign up to another site even though that option was in plain sight and not hidden in pages and pages of terms and conditions. While I don't condone the practice of pre-selecting an option to sign up for an additional site, I was less than sympathetic to the person in question because of his lack of due care and personal responsibility, especially given that he didn't appear to learn from the first time it happened as he failed to check the page for pre-selected options for a second site he signed up to. In any case, as you've clarified that you've done what any rational person would do before going elsewhere to complain, I have no reason to play devil's advocate any more.  [Link] |
