I think after trying to sort through 6000 movies a year for a couple of keepers and after finding out the movie you paid 30-40 dollars for last month is on sale for a dollar, we need a relief fund. OPEC ... the organization of Porn Entertainment Companies needs to put out more quality and less quantity and at a realistic price.

Anyway, Jenna is suggesting that all the unemployed people who have sex on camera have no other source of income...damn, that just can't be. Jenna, you fund them, you made a conglomerate out of extra sources of income, train them, keep them from burning out and going to Brazil, buy them condoms. I think you suggestion should be limited to the retainers the porn companies have for their actors, their benefits, etc., unless of course the companies have no proviso for health and unemployment..haha.

I certainly can't argue with your message about more quality and less quantity. That's a sentiment I take to heart--especially after having just spent an INORDINAATE amount of time this afternoon reading reviews, viewing box covers, and culling down a huge amount of porn and deciding what I want to risk my hard earned dollars on. (Decided on 3 Cytherea titles. Internal Combustion 3 (which everyone I trust says is good), Deep in the Cream #4, and Erotica XXX #6).

HOWEVER... I think that there isn't too much to complain about with regard to price. I think the prices are very realistic. You just need to use the price search and kickbacks. :)

Let me tell you... it USED to be a WHOLE LOT worse back in the pre-ADT dark ages.

On this post however... I just can't make heads or tails of what you're even talking about.

CAVR says Jenna Jameson stands up tall for unemployed porn stars by forming a relief fund where you - the customer - sends even MORE money to Jenna and friends because they have a shutdown. I am saying that is ludricrous...the industry is extra income for dancers, performers, and people with other jobs. It can't sustain the hordes who are involved with every little production company shooting a video with crappy lighting in one take in 3 hrs. If they had an "OPEC" (play on words) and were organized with contracts and shutdown benefits, health, 401K, then it would be a legit business and profession. It is really just as Dr. Sharon Mitchell said "peddling flesh" until the performers are burned out. When you see 5 releases in one week with the same stars you just wonder how much they left on the cutting room floor. They talk about resting the actors so they don't look so worn out. I can get free DVD's for writing reviews, etc., cheap prices if I don't have to have it the day before it is released, but the fact is the average price is too high for the quality and the quantity. RDL turning out 3 new releases a week...others more...same actors...looks like you are watching the same film. Then Skeeter chimes in with God Bless this that and the other and damn if that does not get old....Let the producers carry the performers and take better care of them and their customers with better quality.
