Some talent agents offer accommodations at their 'model house,' primarily for models that are visiting from out of town for a short stints of work in the area. But those aren't located in any one neighbourhood or anything.
I've heard some hilarious stories of drama breaking out in the model houses over the years. I can't remember any specific stories though, but it's pretty typical stuff - things being stolen, unruly pets, general insanity, drunken flip-outs, slobs, not paying rent on time/skipping out in the middle of the night, etc.
Basically, the same shit that happens between room-mates all the time in 'the real world' - just with more tits.

Yep... just like any group living situation where you put a bunch of broke young people who want to party and have fun into the same place. I can't imagine what these agents go through who have these model houses... lol You brought up some common themes, there must be some amazing stories out there
