1. Bad facial cumshots
Bad means weak dribbling like someone said before, but also shooting over her head, shooting toward her mouth when its supposed to be on her face.

2. Guys who are limp. A hard dick doesn't bend or flop.

3. Toys in b/g scenes. A toy is a substitute for a dick. If a dick is present there's no need for the toy.

4. Bad camera angles that don't show close up penetration, especially in anal scenes. Why do it if we can barely see it?

5. Double anal. Just doesn't look enjoyable for anyone involved. I know its extreme but extreme doesn't always mean hot.

2. Use actors who consistently output big loads.

The problem with number 2, is you get a spike of people complaining, "how come you use the same actor all the time?" and if you look at a guy like Peter North, he's a bit of a rarity in the business to have loads, looks decent, and can perform.

Regarding number 3.....it can be done convincingly but you wince thinking about the preparation. :)
