I'd go with Jonni Darkko. All his POV releases are quality, especially the Suck it Dry and Sloppy Head series. I also like Chris Streams and Jake Malone. One director who I either hate or love is Mike Adriano. Sometimes his POV movies are great, other times not so much. I just saw some scenes from She's Gonna Blow 2 and I'm kind of disappointed. I don't like a lot of the camera angles he uses, especially with this release because it has POV on the cover but watching some of the scenes don't seem to have that feel. The one main thing I look for in a POV scene is eye contact from the girl(s). That's why I like Jonni Darkko the most, the girls in his scenes almost always look at the camera the whole time. The scene with Jenny Hendrix & Angelina Valentine from Sloppy Head is what I'm talking about; they literally look at the camera 95% of the time. Does this have more to do with the girl in the scene or the director? I've always wondered because I hate POV movies where there is hardly any eye contact from the girls. If anyone has any suggestions for girls out there who seem to look at the camera a lot like Angelina Valentine or Tori Black, let me know because that's what I like the most about POV movies. Or any directors who's movies seem to have this quality.
I'd have to go with two: A) in the category of Director who doesn't perform in the scene: Mike Quasar The angles are just right, so you get a nice pretty view of the girl's face without awkward look ups or contorting her face. The tease segments are just long enough. Jonni Darko's lack that certain je nai sais qua. I've bought one or two (recently POV Juggfuckers 2) and I was dissapointed, and can't really say why, and I like most of the perfomers in the movie. They didn't come off as pretty as they are in a Quasar production, and none of the scenes were worthy of replay imho. B) in the category of Director who is part of the scenes: Mike John Mike is funny, and has a non-chalant way with the gals that is smile inducing. The angles he uses are some of the best and he knows that the girl is the focus. Also (as with Mike Quasar) he doesn't forget the audience, that is if a girl is known for tits, he gives you plenty of tit action. Whereas, Mike Adriano for instance gives you extreme genital closeups to point of ad nausium. Also, in case of Jennifer White, he never gave us Reverse Cowgirl Anal!. For a girl with her tits and face who does anal, it was dissapointing.

Mike John is great. Chris Streams. I also liked the Twisted POV series and Vinc Vouyer's stuff is good too.
I agree with the original poster regarding Mike Adriano. I haven't seen She's Gonna Blow POV 2 but I saw the first one and was disappointed. It had too many non-POV angles where he holds the camera to his side around a foot away from his crotch. Also, it was a bit too fetishy with the super sloppy spitty blowjobs. On the other hand, he also directed the Schoolgirl POV series and it is excellent for the most part. Of the other directors mentioned, I like Mike John and Chris Streams a lot. Vince Vouyer's 3 On Me POV was outstanding, but he recently has put watermarks on his DVDs that are an absolute deal breaker. I have learned to tolerate some watermarks like the ones used by Digital Sin because they are unobtrusive and faint enough that I can ignore them, but Vouyer's are obnoxious. Mike Quasar puts out excellent stuff although he doesn't perform in them, so they are POV with an asterisk. He does typically stay true to the POV concept to make him more POV than some other POV directors, which is why I can recommend them. To be specific, I am thinking of the sadly discontinued Blow Me Sandwich series. Mick Blue's POV Centerfolds series for ZT is also excellent and deserves more attention and praise. I like what I have seen from Johnni Darkko, but I admit that I have not seen that many from him. Jules Jordan has also directed some great POV movies, although one of the performers he uses has a tendency to hold the camera by his side during part of the blowjob scenes, which I don't like. You may also wish to check out Jack's POV series from Digital Playground; it is pretty good. That is all I have from the top of my head. If you have any questions about others feel free to ask. POV is one of my favorite genres and comprises a large percentage of the DVD porn that I buy.

I enjoyed Nice Fucking View by Jake Malone, but he seems to have done away with the series. I also like Fucked On Sight by Manuel Ferrara. The four way of Tori Black, Lexi Belle,Riley Evans, and Manuel in #4 was a highlight for sure.

I keep going back to his site and I'm always disappointed to not see a POV release in the future. I also enjoyed Nice Fucking View by Jake Malone as someone mentioned. I hope he does another one of those.
