The early scenes from Rodney Moore had that kind of mixture, with lots of very good "normal" shooting during the first part of the scene before the sex begins. And then switch to POV when the sucking/fucking begins. But his newer stuff tends to jump straight to the POV, and the opening tease stuff is mostly closeup-style.
