Kink pays $4000 for a five day Training of O session. I would think if a studio needed someone for a week they would pay accommodations and a similar salary (assuming the person works every day of that week). As for per diem for meals I don't have a clue (my understanding is that Kink has lunch daily in their dining hall anyway for talent and employees but I doubt BangBros has such facilities in their studio).
