Also what are some of the best penis pumps out there? I am thinking about the Mega Vac Pump and it cost $299 but are they others you know about that got good reviews or you have personally used. About 5 years ago I bought a penis pump because a taxi driver that was driving me home from a date suggested it because he said he gets permanent gains by using them. So he took me to the Sex Shop that same night and I shelled out $60 bucks for a bulb pump. The next night I pumped the whole night like 10 hours straight by the time I was done, my penis filled up the whole pump. I was amazed. It was huge and I mean huge. But as the hours went by it got back to normal size again. And another thing is that bulb operated pump really wore out my arm.
