I think at a minimum she's semi-retired as she had a hiatus a while back..then some material showed up and now I dont see anything that was actually shot new in the past few months. Yeah, she got a boob job and then seemed to drop out of the biz. Sadly, I haven't seen anything new for quite some time.
Tiffany's one of my all-time favorites - easily in my Top 10.
