I've seen many scenes where cum gets all over a couch or the carpet, or some other piece of furniture. Often, these shoots are in very opulent homes, which I am guessing have been rented out. Do the owners not mind having jizz shot all over their house?

I suspect they have a stipulation to confine the sex to a certain small area, and the furniture is probably rented, or dedicated just for porn use. You may have noticed how the performers seem to always be glued to one spot. If I had a huge opulent house, I could certainly find better places to have sex than on a dinky couch.

A cheap portable steam cleaner would probably take care of even the most disgusting puddle of semen, saliva, lube, female ejaculate or piss. What I wonder is what they do about the baby oil they use in 'wet fetish' scenes. I know that shit does not come right out without leaving a stain.

It seems like most of the time they have a blanket or towel over the nice couch. But, yeah, I've seen some stuff get on some of the furniture and bedspreads, too.
I have also seen in some of the BTSs some catering and partying in the kitchen or dining room, so it wouldn't be too far a reach that there is a some extra money for the maid that comes in afterwards.

They might get free furniture through craigslist ads, then they might give it away after a few scenes. If you're in California and you get a free couch, it's probably a reservoir of old splooge.

the indoor sets and furniture of EvasiveAngles,40Oz, Myfirstsexteacher, Latinadutary etc seems to be same in every movie. so i don't think they sell it,
they clean and reuse it again. Porn co.s are already making so much loses thanks to tube and piracy, i don't think they can afford the luxury to buy /rent new furniture in each movie LOL
