I haven't read otherwise in my model releases. but even if there was something like that in the contract I doubt that it would go trough in court. and remember not every female performer works every day. there are a lot of people in this business who only work ocassionally or due to other circumstances know for sure who must be the one. if I was a male performer I certainly would not perform cream pies because I know for a fact that many girls are not on the pill (and I wouldn't trust them if they said they were) Edited by - KatjaKassin on 4/6/2006 11:00:51 PM [Link]

Family Court Child Support awards are for the benefit of the child, not the mother, and a contract cannot negate that. Paternity would of course have to be established, but that is easy these days given DNA testing. [Link]

I know it's been a while, but I do remember from a High School Hygiene class that pregnancy can occur even if the guy pulls out to cum because some semen can be discharged during intercourse. So a girl not on birth control is at some risk of getting pregnant even if she doesn't shoot cream pie scenes. Click to expand As a mater of fact, I believe there are several cases where a sperm donor was held liable for child support payments even though the contract clearly stated he would not be. Dont know if it was a running joke or what but Juggs magazine quoted in print her saying that she did when she was heavily bloated & pregnant in a 1998 layout in their magazine. The male co-star just didn't practice 'coitus interruptus' and spermed inside of her. however, pregnancy and the short blonde haircut did wonders for Jamie.
