I have one that answers this question: "John Holmes: The King of X" from Taboo Entertainment. It's a somewhat random compilation of scenes with John Holmes, all looking like they were taken from VHS. The whole thing plays like someone was just going through a stack of VHS tapes and saying "OK, I'll put this one on next!" There are noticable glitches between every scene and lots of tape drop-out visible. The strange thing is I've been watching this a lot just because I'm simply AMAZED at how awful the quality is!
The material itself is great- I wish the movies they were taken from were available on DVD in their complete form, but the quality of the DVD itself is unbelievably bad that if this sort of stuff amuses you it's a must-see! (Madacy BTW is a company that puts out old public-domain movies and TV episodes, and most of them are from a combination of trashed film prints and horrible video masters.)
