Many transsexual male-to-females still have a somewhat manly look, even years after the operations. Some are exceptionally believable as women. A lot of transexuals never have the operation, they just stay at the 'pre-op' stage. There are also "female to male" transexuals; I suspect you are not interested in those. [Link]

Click to expand First of all, they are EXTREMELY rare in my experience. They aren't fetish titles. The post-op is just like an 'extra treat'on the film, the emphasis is not on her. Of course there are some 'pussy shots', but the dicks in the scene get more attention. On the Post-op TS films I've seen, there were no speculums involved. As for the differemce in genitalia, I have seen a Post-op with somewhat larger clitoris, but that is one the deficiencies that can occur after a first operation. Basically, the fact of one person transforming himself (to a herself) in such an extreme manner, and being willing to let others see the journey, would be the reason. Also, I would find the reverse (FTM) interesting as well. I know there is a movie Trannyfags about FTMs who are sexually into men, but I don't think any of the stars of the movie have had a phalloplasty. At any rate, I haven't seen it (yet, maybe someday.)
