The correct pronunciation, written in the simplyfied fonetic alphabet is li:-na-res, which means the accent (the : symbol) is on the vocal A. So the accent is in the middle, like in the name Rihanna (ri:-han-na): try to say the name Rihanna and then use the same rythm on the word Linares. [Link]
