There have been performers who said they don't do creampies because of health concerns so I doubt that's referring to the sugar in the syrup. Herpes is not even tested. Porn environment is made as healthy as possible but it is far from being 100% safe. even when tested porn is not a close environment , stars and talents have a life outside , some escort , others have an intense sexual activity , if you are tested today and get a disease tomorrow you'd show a negative test until tested again but you're not perfectly healthy. a vagina also provides a very friendly environment for bacteria, it is meant to maintain active and alive the spermatozoa as long as possible, but this also work for less friendly micro-organisms ,this is why a creampie is risky . an anal creampie is even worse, the intestinal walls are meant to absorb substances from what is passing and it is easy for a bacteria to pass through and go in direct contact with blood. There's a reason why the risk of infection is higher performing anal sex. of course they use some cream to increase the defense , but still not 100% safe, why do you think measure B has been settled for? I may agree it is actually a mean to hurt porn but still it has grounds and this without even considering creampies, just vaginal juyces and pre-cum.
