Can anyone clarify how awards are given to perfomers?
I think a lot of performers whom I believe deserve to win have been overlooked while some seem to be considered a lot more.How is it decided?

Ever since 2006 and the award went to Audrey Hollander I watched red trotters instead when it came to betting over winners.

Behind the scenes deals - depending on which company is running the awards, which pornstar is contracted to what production company and/or which pornstars are represented by what agents.
I imagine there are a number of 'Academy members' for the various awards, who are members of ADT, and who will assure us the above is not the case.
But in a post-truth world, rumors and conspiracy are far more democratic (in that anyone, not just experts, can make them up) and therefore more credible and acceptable.

I would like a world when the criteria was content and content only. Me I have watched about a thousand scenes from 2006 last decade and only one time in my adult life did I watch Audrey Hollander and I just can't say that she was into it, having anal sex, so after a while I took the piece of DVD and eventually got rid of it. Lame fellows occupied the rolelist, so it wasn't only her going wrong. It was fellows without standing cocks too, like if that's an arousing sellout or worthy to watch. I have her only in one DVD I know of for sure; New Releases, featuring Holly Morgan, Lindsey Meadows among others, and I have some hunddred DVD from 2006, my favorite year because of the quality in the production. All I can say I have yet to watch Audrey Hollander on that New Releases, soon to be ten years after buying the material. She's just not there, choicevice. Is it me, is it her, or what the fuck is wrong with this world? To me Lindsey Meadows could be female performer of that year. I simply cannot say we're on the same planet.

Lindsey Meadows was so hot in the action that Mark Ashley popped way to early, 15 minutes into the game. That happened on one occation only, and it happened here, if what I've seen should have any impact.

Depends on who is giving away the awards. There XCritics award tends to be about subjective artistic or erotic excellence whereas others include industry politics, sales and the industry's image.
