Most important. Far more important that anything else.

2 No visitors or celebrity spectators?

Anyone who is not adding is taking away. Closed set always.

3 Good experienced crew?

Of course

4 Right temperature during shooting ? (not cold)

Too hot is bad too. Very hard on the crew

5 Good payment?

Good pay gets good people to the set. But if you're working with the right people, once they are there, how they perform in front or behind the camera has little to do with money. I've had both performers and crew forget to get paid before they went home. (So I spent the money on coke and hookers.)

6 Lots of good food?

Water, lots of cold water. If the shoot goes long enough that the talent needs to eat, it's gone on way way way too long. Good craft service is good for crew moral.

What about shooting during AM time?

Late morning is my favorite time to get started. Plenty of time to get set up, but you can still take your time and be wrapped by late afternoon.

I seem to be doing lots and lots of re-parking porn chicks cars because they have a problem with it. LOL

Also, it might be ok for spectators to be watching the scene as long as they don't show up while the scene is being shot. Nothing kills the energy (wood) fast then when the door slams and someone walks in talking on their cell phone.

Music is needed while the make up is being put on and during the photo shoot.

It's also nice for the girls to have their own dressing room and bathroom with their name taped to it on a print-out sheet.
