I see this term used by people and I'm not sure exactly what type of product 'Wall to Wall' is. Is it another term for cheesey compilation tapes? Or another word for what generally is called 'gonzo'?

As I understand the term, it simply means an "all sex" movie, with no plot. This may or may not be gonzo style (I normally interpret gonzo as integrating the director's presence into the scene), and it would not necessarily imply a compilation. (Though technically, I suppose, a compilation would be one type of wall-to-wall.)

Wall to Wall is exactly what it says! A video where the sex is so intense that the Performers have sex all over the Damn room. Bouncing from Wall to Wall,next down the Hallway;then rolling down some stairs. All releases are like this!! ......No seriously though; Wall to Wall are all Sex Releases with no particular niche or theme.(I think)

I would take "wall to wall" to mean continuous, nonstop action.

I believe the phrase originated with "wall to wall" carpeting as a feature in a house. The entire floor covered in carpet.

i believe wall to wall sex tapes refer to the amateuresce style of porn of all sex no plot. If you look at randy wests up and cummers series which is shot in bedrooms. as far as the scenery goes is from "wall to wall". i think its the fact that a movie is shot in a bedroom and that is it.
i may be wrong but its just my view on things.
