funny you should ask this (at 4am nonetheless) -i woke up today thinking i was going to start the exact same thread so we can have a top 10 adt favorites -instead of bestsellers on the homepage.

I just received Insatiable, 20th Anniversary Edition today, and all I can say is..Wow! I haven't had time yet to check out the extras (according to the box there are quite a few), but the movie itself is really great.[Link] |

That's so great to hear -my exact reaction (how about that pool table scene.) I can't wait until icandy comes out with their next DVD. They spend a lot of time remastering the movies though -so it may be a few.

Steph: It's too bad that you have to wait until stuff is released on DVD to see it. Like I said in another thread, Insatiable was one of the first porn flicks I saw--and that was probably 10 years ago on VHS. There's a ton of good films and videos that haven't made it to the format and probably won't for quite some time... I'd have to say there are less than 25 titles total that are worth owning on DVD at the prices that adult DVDs are going for today.
duganrm: That's a tough question, since I really haven't found any DVDs that are significantly enhanced or different from the VHS releases (especially since most are essentially VHS masters transferred to disc with a few trailers and chapter breaks thrown in).
I like the DVDs that give some real value add (outtakes, commentaries, real alternate angles) or are high quality transfers of high quality source material (film or digital video). So discs like Zazel, RSM 18, Flashpoint and Insatiable will win over hot films like Seven Deadly Sins (which is not an improvement over the VHS version--especially with the irritating Vivid alternate angle logo that pops up).
