I seem to be asking a lot of questions right now, but I'm trying to build up my DVD collection without buying too many duds. Specifically I'm looking for porn with:

1. no banal, intrusive music - just good ol' natural fuck-noise. (Hard, pumping dance music has its place, but anything else, give it a rest!)

2. guys who approach their work with full-on, rampant lust and who know how to thoroughly and inventively use the female performer.

3. pretty, natural-looking girls getting stretched to their limits.

Okay guys - can you help me one more time? What titles spring to mind?

The latest gonzo videos are all shot that way! Alot of theses are straight out sex and nothing else. There is probably around 30 or 40 of them - each having average around 15 in the series; so your choices are around 450 to 600 videos to choice from. Then you have older ones like Up and Cumming, Nasty Nymphos, etc... which have a little setup before the sex begins - another say 500 to choice from these older titles. So 1,000 or more just in the U.S. and if you count Europe; another 1,000. So you have really 2,000 plus choices. So get at it; time is awasting!

Gag Factor I definitely mean to check out. Any other gonzo series or individual titles anyone would recommend to get me started? I'm obviously spoilt for choice here.

You might want to check out some Anabolic or Diabolic stuff, like the 'Up Your Ass' and the 'Down the Hatch' series.

I can also recommend Third Degree. I have only seen a handful of them, but they were all almost flawless - beautiful performers, good action going on, little or no set-ups, combined with excellent production values.

As Harry Wild has already pointed out there is a lot of material out there. Probably just try to check iafd.com for reviews before you buy stuff.

Just off the top of my head, I'd agree with the 3rd Degree recommendation. Especially the Share The Load and Crack Addict series. Crack Addict 2 is one of the best movies of the year in my opinion - plenty of what you mentioned. Chris Streams is a great director.
