The IAFD doesn't show any titles with her from North Star. However, that is definitely Peter North, and that is definitely one of their "couch sets."
It's quite possible that this is a scene that has not been released on DVD yet (i.e. website only).
I agree she is not in North Pole #37.
I would keep my eyes on North Star's newer releases, as older scenes with Peter (who is not cranking-out his appearances that much anymore) are frequently being bundled with newer scenes in new releases (which is fine since they are being released for the first time on a DVD/VHS movie).
