As to whether he knowlingly faked the tests, well that's an easy one to find out. He didn't just do this once, it happened several times over the course of nearly a year. You can't repeatedly test negative when you have HIV. Once, maybe. Twice, unbelievably unlikely. Eleven or twelve times? No chance. Someone had to make up those phony documents Mark presented to the girls to show that he was HIV-negative. And I'm not sure you would ever be able to think up a scenario where Mark was unaware of the fact that the documents were fakes. So, no, it's not slander.
I agre with you but only to a point. I think people watch VIVID/WICKED/DIGITAL PLAYGROUND because they like porn with stories or because pornstars they like star in movies from those companies. There are plenty of studios that put out porn that isn't degrading to women and don't do the over the top stuff or stuff you mention. NAUGHTY AMERICA, LETHAL HARDCORE, SCORE, ADAM & EVE, SWEET SINNER, etc., etc... tend to have the stuff you mention and studios like BRAZZERS, WESTCOAST, ELEGANT ANGEL don't usually have that type of sex on a regular basis. In fact the vast majority of that type of sex usually comes from a handful of companies that put out DVDs and the rest of it is stuff from internet companies. I'd say 80% of the stuff that comes out on DVD doesn't have that type of stuff unless it's a special themed movie. There are even directors from JJ and EVIL ANGEL that don't do that stuff much if they do at all. I agree that some or perhaps even most people don't like to see spitting choking, rimming and I think the number of people who like women being degraded is small in comparison overall but there are plenty of places to see the non-circus act stuff other than those companies. The people who like those studios tend to like the stars that film there, stories, higher production values, locations, and don't like the type of porn were people just appear on screen and start going at it. Then there's the whole thing of what's "degrading" and what's "circus acts" or "Over the top". Spitting, choking, slapping, for sure. "Hair pulling" unless it's hard and violent isn't in my book.

^^ You are kidding, right? Mercenary Pictures hasnt produced anything worth talking about(as in original stuff) in over 2 years. And in this day and age, perhaps you might wanna remind your boy Lex that porn is shot in HD coz it seems he's stuck in 2000. Mercenary is an empty abandoned ship and its owner is a vagrant going around shooting things for other companies. To say Mercenary is up there with JJV is the the biggest piece of crap and everyone knows that. Cant fool no one. Perhaps you should re-title this thread to ''What Studios Put Out The Best IR Products'' coz its obvious you are biased toward studios that produce IR.
Don't know about him, but no I wasn't kidding myself. Now it's true Mercenary isn't producing much these days, but to say they/Lex hasn't produced anything in 2 years, simply isn't true. Probably been more like 6 months. Not sure where he stands with his company right now, but Lex has always had an interest in working with other companies. He told me so (online) years ago. Either way, doesn't matter with me. I have no immediate need to see new stuff when it first drops. As for HD/blu-ray filming. I could care less about that also. His films and camerawork always looks great to me. I think the OP did say he was more interested in diversity by his 2nd or 3rd post, which I didn't catch at first. No iam not kidding u and I am not biased for IR, I said in another post that Mercenary Pictures has a Diverse Genre of films, Lex has different Directors working for his Company and just doesnt focus on IR Porn he has somthing for everyone. Lexington Steele is right up there with Jules Jordan He shoots Porn almost exactly like Jules Jordan does.

Lex is still the hard driving stud but he hasn't been casting the A-list girls as often as I prefer. These days I'd much rather wait for JULES JORDAN's LEX THE IMPALER movies that has the much stronger A-List cast and is shot better. Jules also downplays that thing Lex likes to do in his MERCENARY movies of "I'm Lexinton Steel and I'm over the top cool and deep as I look at the camera and say stuff no one cares about". I think Lex is a great performer but I don't buy into the whole "cool" persona. Lighten up and have some fun for goodness sake.

Anything with LEX Steele. He puts out the best movies besides manuel ferrara. They are the two best male performers all time.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. An A-List is always subjective to me. One thing I always liked about guys like Lex, is that he tended to use women I thought were A-List, but most other companies didn't. Keep in mind that a lot of A-List types simply won't/wouldn't work with him either. Not trying to get too political here, but just gonna say I always liked the way he, and others like him, worked their way around and through the industry. So it's more than one or two things with me. In the end though, I still like the end-product though.

^^ I agree with what you say about Alexander Devoe.Not so much of the annoying IR cliches and more about just making good porn.TBH though as a person from England i don't really get the whole IR thing because race is no way the issue here as is still is in the US.When it comes to porn i'm all about if the the woman does it for me and the actions hot then i really couldn't give a fuck what colour or origin or whatever else the performers are.
Think the losses of Jake Malone and Jay Sin have dropped Evil Angel down a peg. That's why you see Elegant Angel mentioned as the best quite often here. As for the "feature" studios, the most important factor is the talent. Digital has Kayden,Riley, and Bibi. No other company has a trio like that to put in their movies. Surprised to see Wicked and Vivid mentioned near the top. Their best days were long ago.
Well Digital has no diversity that I really know of, so that's why they didn't make my list. Technically, I think they put out a good product, even though I don't find their sex scenes typically that hot.
