I'm not here to say natural or fake boobs are better. There are plenty of performers I enjoy with natural or fake boobs. However fake boobs seem to be less prevalent today, and doesn't seem like any performers recently have gotten a boob job and gone from real to fake. Are there any performers for you that you would enjoy if they got a boob job (a good one obviously). One example of a performer improving greatly from getting one was Bridgette B. I enjoyed her with natural tits, but with her massive fake tits she became an all time favorite of mine. The new boobs complimented her curvy body so well. Who would you suggest?

Absolutely None! Although there where some fine boobjobs in the past, (Venus), I am vertically opposed with any operation that can change significantly the physical silhouette of the starlet. In my opinion nothing can substitute the natural beauty of a woman. Meanwhile... Explore Sexuality!
I think Keisha Grey has the body type to have some really huge tits. Since ADT was born nobody on here liked fake tits so this is probably the wrong site to start this thread. It's VERY rare to see a good boob job especially on a thin girl.
Boob jobs can do wonders for a woman's figure when she keeps her clothes and bra on. But of course in porn almost always everything comes off. Naked, augmented boobs just don't look or move like real ones, and for me this is quite a turnoff. I am a complete sucker for a nice pair of boobs, but seeing implants where I expect breasts to be just doesn't work for me. Riley Steele is one example where her earliest scenes with Digital Playground, pre boob job, are my favourite, for precisely this reason.
Liking a pornstar first place doesn't mean I'm supposed to change their boobs, this is not some cooked up pan of pain, politics and pop ups heated up by everyone, from me and myself, to us the society and doc cynicals and their fucked up professional desire of messing stuff up to boost budgets and income. This is entertainment. This is not about making things great by messing around. This is about liking great things from the beginning. And part of that is natural boobs showing up.

I used to love jerking off to Aubrey Addams, Amia Miley, McKenzee Miles, Kacey Jordan when they were in the game and fresh-off-the-print DVDs rolled over. Nobody. I like big boobs as much as anyone but I have seen exactly one good boob job -- ever -- in porn. The others have all been varying degrees of bad, from slightly bad to terrible. With odds like that nobody should do it.
I think Ava Addams has the most natural looking boob job. A few of the current girls have some large beaks that might look better with a nose job. However, that is another post.

I thought that Velicity Von had the best boob job ever as it matched her body type very well. When she lost weight they didn't look as good. Jayden James, Jada Fire, Larkin Love and Asa Akira are performers with boob jobs I love. Also the great classic era actress Desiree Cousteau had a very natural looking boob job. I didn't realize they were fake until I read about it.

Not natural and can also see how much weight she is losing and how the fitness has been part of her lifestyle now. So weight loss in most women equals loss in breast size. Conclusion is scene in the picture above.
With the influx of small petite teens into the US porn market over the last 2 years there are multiple girls that I wouldn't mind seeing a bit curvier. The problem, as others have noted is that many of these girls are 5'0 to 5'4" and are slim, so anything bigger than a C cup would probably get many of them out proportion. Add into the equation that many porn boob jobs are bad bolt-ons and you have a recipe for disaster. You don't want multiple Amia Miley type boob jobs out there. So instead my vote is that the girls don't go under the knife but rather spend less time in the gym and put on about 10 pounds?
Well, good breast surgeries aren't cheap in the least. Too many girls can't or won't get the more professional and realistic looking ones. Realistic is a subjective term here.
