I made my order at the end of December, since then I've only received half my order. I E-mailed them a couple of days ago to enquire about the state of my order and haven't heard anything since! What's going on?!

That is strange. Very strange! They use to be so reliable. I´ve always used them. Fivestar is absolutely my No. 1 video store. E-mail them again!

If you or your ISP are running a spam blocker, take a look in the screened mail folder. I've had a lot of recent e-mails from adult retailers get identified as spam. I haven't dealt with 5-Star since this has started happening, so I can't say that it's happening with them. But it's worth checking out.

Some of your stuff is obviously back-ordered. I usually only order in stock stuff from Five Star and they're good and fast.

Use their wish list system for out of stock items, when you put the item in the wish list and it's not in stock you get a message asking you if you want to be notified by E-mail when the title you want is back in stock, then you can order it.

I do apoligize but as I have mentioned several times in the forum prior, if you post an inquiry here at adultdvdtalk.com, PLEASE list some sort of cross-reference to your order at fivestardvd.com or make your email available online at ADT. Without an email, order number, or actual name, I cannot find any info about your order or look for any 'missing' emails, etc.

I've just sent another copy of my previous E-mail. Just in case that didn't get through, my Invoice No. is 184553A. In the E-mail I've also asked if I can change my order slightly.
