I like anything if it has some kind of "surprise" element to it. Something you were not anticipating. For instance - You're watching a scene in Voyeur Confessions with Catalina Larranga and instead of her watching two girls get it on through her telescope in the next door apartment, one of the girls motions for another person to join them, and in pops a guy that was watching them the whole time. Surprise, a threesome to spice up a rather OK lesbian scene. Nice one. Or tease. For instance - I once saw a movie (R or NR) that was about a baby sitter or nanny and she seduces the father and basically the entire family at one point or another. Forget the name. But I've always wanted to watch a movie again like this where the hot nanny/baby sitter teases the hell out of the main character/s by setting up purposeful opportunities (such as coming down to the kitchen at 1 AM in her seethrough nitie, reaching for a glass on the top shelf and a beer on the bottom of the fridge door where the light from the fridge reveals her sexy bra panties and see through bra. Other scenes similar in different formats (leaving the bathroom door cracked while only the son is home or pretending to fall asleep to Skinemax at night waiting for the daughter to come home from her night out at the clubs). Where I totally lose it is when a director puts no effort into creating a "moment" of excitement where you didn't expect that or you're at least building up to something HOT to happen, then change it up and give us more. I also need sounds, so if you must start with music, stop it soon in the scene to hear the actors moans of pleasure. I could go on, but that's a good start. Directors, are you listening? Less than full penetration of the lady makes the scene less than hot for me. This is especially true when the guy has been going at it with his lady for a long time, and he still either can't or won't go all the way to his balls inside her. I know from my own experience that I need to go all the way to my balls inside my lady to feel truly and fully satisfied with her. And this what I look for in porn films.

the thing that breaks it for me is the sound of "fakeness" if there are multiple scenes of the same star doing and saying the same thing.. 1. Visually, the girl has to do something for me. I don't get all that excited over what is typically considered attractive but I do have my own standards and if I don't like what I see, it just ain't going to happen. 2. I like submissive women. I like women who genuinely like men and like to please them. Sure, there's some performance in any porn but if there's nothing at all there that tells me she actually likes sex, that's a real turn off. She can holler and scream until she blows the windows out and cracks the camera lens and if it's all fake, there's nothing there for me. There are girls who really get into it and don't need to scream and carry on (because it's obvious just by watching them). There are fewer of them but they make quality scenes. 3. Often, the girls just don't look like they would in real life. I don't know what it is. It's a combination of lenses, color, lighting and angles. Again, if I'm wondering why she doesn't look as sexy as she should, something's wrong somewhere. If you have a gorgeous girl naked on camera and that doesn't come across and blow me away, you're clearly doing something wrong. 4. Small piercings don't necessary completely ruin it but anything other than pierced ears are a distraction. Tattoos generally annoy me. Sometimes they're cute (like a little butterfly or something) but I won't complain at all if they aren't there. 5. Fake boobs kill everything. Instantly. 6. Nice, casual clothes that look like something the average girl would wear are a turn on. 7. Nice atmosphere helps a lot. You can just about kill everything that could possibly be hot about a sex scene by shooting it in a garage under a fluorescent shop light. Shooting with fucked up exposure and white balance is just as bad. 8. Shooting with the camera on a tripod is not very common but when it happens it tends to kill the scene unless there are multiple cameras catching different angles and they're switched fairly regularly to edit it into something halfway watchable. 9. It tends to kill it when the performers are obviously going out of their way to make a sound effect for everything (or nothing at all). Such as if you have a scene with girls kissing and they're making overly loud smacking noises as they do. This is the kind of thing that should be erotic enough on it's own without exaggerating the noises. Believe it or not kissing does make a sound and microphones pick it up just fine. 10. It really annoys the shit out of me when they fuck with their clothes still halfway on. Like the thing with the panties pulled to the side. I like panties for tease and foreplay. They need to come off when the sex starts. 11. Speaking of panties. I like plain cotton or silk "full-assed" (covers most of the buttcheeks) panties. I hate lace or any kind of rough material. I hate bikinis/thongs/floss/whatever. I find the whole look of the latter gaudy. 12. It really kills it when they're trying to do something that clearly isn't working and they keep fumbling around trying to make it work. If the camera man didn't have the sense to stop filming, this crap should be edited out before anyone sees it. I've seen a couple of flicks by a guy named Eddie Powell (Can't remember what they were now). If I had to point to something as an example of how it should be done, I'd point to his work if most of it is as good as what I saw in a small sample. I have my likes and dislikes but, really, the woman makes it; the guy can break it. Of course, people aren't things, but I have to buy into personalities in order to make watching the same sex acts over and over again worthwhile.

^ I think it's true for everyone, including myself, that guys need to have an attractive woman to enjoy her scene. But having unattractive women in the scene doesn't really ruin it, as long as there is at least one attractive woman who is the star of the show, with the rest of the women playing supporting roles. When there is an attractive woman in the room willing to have sex with the guy, then the presence of her less attractive girlfriends in the room probably won't deter the guy from getting it up for the ride with the attractive one. I've seen women working at Wally World who look much "hotter" to me than most of the women who dominate the porn scene. Especially considering the porn aesthetic is often such that it can take a naturally attractive woman and completely destroy her natural appeal. Unfortunately, many of the women in porn tend to look the same. This is not generally "hot" in my personal opinion.
it's pretty simple for me. Chemistry can make a scene and lack of chemistry breaks a scene. Of course it's important to me that the woman be attractive too, but even if the girl is beautiful if she doesn't have any chemistry with the other performer then it won't do it for me.

I agree, presence or absence of chemistry usually depends on how the woman reacts to the guy. Because the guy's chemistry is tied to his erection. If he gets an erection going for the attractive woman, then he already has chemistry for her. It's that simple. And this chemistry doesn't even need to happen on its own. The woman can suck the guy to get his chemistry going for her. The same might be true for a woman too. Her chemistry is tied to her clitoral erection.
