The term 'dodger' implies that there is an obligation to engage in a certain activity, in this case doing interracial scenes. It's a way of more or less subtly judging the behavior of people who don't do IR scenes as morally wrong for refusing to fulfill this 'obligation'. Where the term came from is irrelevant in a discussion about whether it should be used or not. You said no one assumes any kind of obligation. If that's the case, then what exactly is it that people are 'dodging'? It can't be doing scenes with people of a certain ethnicity, because -as you just said- they don't have to. Now, is it morally acceptable to exclude having sex with people of one or the other ethnicity? From my point of view, everybody has the right to choose who they would get it on with or not. It shouldn't be happening and by openly stating you'd never do anybody with particular origins you make yourself look bad. Whether that means it's morally inacceptable or it's morally acceptable but has drawbacks I'll leave up to you.
