Curently they rerelease their old titles on VHS(poor quality) & DVD(fair quality and no extras). They also release some compilation dvds (fair to low in quality). What happened? Those 8 mm "Swedish Erotic" loops got me started down the short road to porn depravity. Three scenes to a loop. When they switched over to VHS, is when I bought a VCR. That "Swedish Erotica" series helped bring porn out of the alley. It was one of the first series that really put a lot of effort into making the girls very attractive, and using settings that didn't look like they were shot in somebody's basement. Most of the scenes had the girls in garters and stockings, and they wore colorful little scarves around their neck. Lot of my still favorite stars were from that era. Picture Ron Jeremy when he still looked like a human being. Those loops were also where I saw John Holmes do most of his work. Great stuff. BSD [Link] |
