It's been almost a year since this thread: Cal/OSHA lays down the law

Was some sort of agreement reached or did they simply forget about it?

Last I heard they were taking information to better build cases. Though it's possible that was a load of shit. You wanna hear from someone "in the know" don't you? I'll slip quietly out the back way, see ya!

The last I read was this 12/09/04 article at avn.com. AIM created an information sheet of occupational safety risks in response to regulatory actions by OSHA. And the fines against Evasive Angles and TTB Productions were under appeal, a process that apparently could take as long as a year. If there's more recent news, I haven't been able to find it.

Thanks for the info, Dame Yoga, and the bump, Lee. I didn't know about the appeals.

Maychance those ongoing cases are why all the industry folk are being so uncharacteristically tight lipped.
