AIM created an information sheet of occupational safety risks in response to regulatory actions by OSHA. And the fines against Evasive Angles and TTB Productions were under appeal, a process that apparently could take as long as a year. If there's more recent news, I haven't been able to find it. AVN article, 9/21/05: "Fear of health inspectors on sets premature, attorney says" So far, Cal-OSHA has issued just two citations for alleged health code violations, to production companies Evasive Angles and TTB Productions. While those citations levied heavy fines, the current status of those citations is unknown, and there have been no reports of the fines being paid and/or any pleas entered. And though there have been rumors of other complaints having been filed with Cal-OSHA, there have been no reports of further citations having been issued. Click to expand [Link]
