ive been to a few others and they are mostly boring where they sign stuff as if i need porno autographs?

You already seem predisposed to not liking such gatherings so not sure what I can do to help you out. It's a great experience from my POV except for a few unruly fans. Yeah porno autographs may not be a huge coup but if you're a fan of a particular performer, I think it's cool to let them know you appreciate their efforts and perhaps a personal message on your dvd cover would be a nice addition to an already good scene you like. Sure it's not worth anything monetarily but does everything have to be that way. For me it's just a chance to catch up with friends in the biz I don't get to see as much as I'd like and to make new acquaintances that I've been watching the previous year. But that's just me!

Bono said it perfect not worth anything more than a memory of the moment for me the event of AEE is a family gathering of friends and others i enjoy seeing so many of the girls and fans also

this year i got so many less autographs than last year but i got about as many pictures missed a few that i wanted to get in the pics with but that is what next year is about

This was my 2nd yr going to the AEE, my first was the 2006 AEE. I was totally impressed by it as I did not know what it was like and what the people would be like attending. I found that 99% of the girls were friendly, alot of fun and so down to earth. I was much more laid back this year as I had already experienced the AEE. And I find meeting the newer girls on the block to be great. Makes me go out and look for a couple of their titles.
I think to enjoy something like the Expo, you have to be a fan of some performers and when you meet them, it is the icing on the cake so to speak.
I mean last year I blew it to meet Jenna Jameson, so this year my first day there she was the priority. But also when you meet certain girls, for me anyhow, they impress you that you look forward to meeting them again. Having a bunch of my dvd covers signed I appreciate and getting my pic with them is a bonus.
To me the people who work in the adult industry are way more down to earth and personable than anyone in Hollywood.
I look forward to next year's AEE for sure.
