Should a star perform an act that porn fans want to see even if it's something she really doesn't want to do? Or should a star be able to do what she wants if she's satisfied with her video sales? In other words, some porn stars fill a niche that will always appeal to certain porn fans. Is that enough? Should a star quit the business if she's not willing to do things that she's not comfortable with? Some say that porn stars are actors and should be able to make the audience believe that they are enjoying something (even if she doesn't want to do it). I ask because I've seen people complain about stars who only do g/g, are dodgers, won't do gang bang, won't do IR, or any number of acts that your standard porn star does. [Link] |

If that is not enough for the director then she can decide if she wants to do more. The director might decide that the limits the porn star has outweighs the individual sales she brings in and therefore offers a lower amount. The porn stars also have an obligation to be safe about disease transmission. Quitting the buisness - consumers don't have ownership. They only vote with their wallets. [Link] |
